Returns and Refunds


...7 Day New Purchase: Mountain Life Products understands when shopping online you don't have the opportunity to actually see, touch,  or feel merchandise as you would in a walk-in store.  Therefore, any item purchased from the online store within 7 days of receipt of merchandise can be returned in its original condition with a full refund (including shipping) if not completely satisfied with product for any reason.  To receive this refund, please contact us during the 7 day period using the form on the Contact Us page and we will email you back a RA (return authorization) number and detailed instructions where to return the merchandise. Credit will be issued upon receipt of merchandise.

...30 Day Limited Return: Within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, credit (either partial or full)  or exchange for merchandise will be available if product is not satisfactory due to poor quality,  defects due to manufacture,  or product does not meet expressed standards.   This refund does not cover any misuse of merchandise as it was intended or improper handling.  Use the form on the Contact Us page to request your credit.  Refund will be issued, either full or partial, upon receipt of merhandise to us and a determination has been made to its failure.


Liability
 
Gold City Products Inc  will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to person or property due to improper use, handling, or any other reason by any of its merchandise.  Gold City Products Inc assumes no responsiblity in educating customers to safe use and/or proper handling of its merchandise.  Damages occured by products purchased from Gold City Products Inc  and from the Online Store at http://www.mountainlifeproducts.com will be the sole responsiblity of the customer.

Privacy

Gold City Products Inc does not and will not keep any credit card information.  All sales are completed through PayPal for security reasons.  Any other private information such as email addresses, phone numbers, names etc. are not shared with any other entity.   The use of this information is for contact purposes only that may be required in production of  customer's orders, important comnunication to customers, or other purposes deemed necessary to provide to the customer quality merchandise.
